新辦測繪資質(zhì)人員比老保準(zhǔn)壓縮了很多，但是儀器設(shè)備，檔案管理，保密協(xié)議等硬性條件審查極為嚴(yán)格，下面為大家介紹一下新辦的內(nèi)容和條件：

一、 申請測繪資質(zhì)的單位應(yīng)當(dāng)符合下列條件：

（一）有法人資格；

（二）符合專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員身份證及依法繳納社會保險的材料,退休的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的退休材料和勞務(wù)合同；測繪專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的學(xué)歷證書和職稱證書，測繪相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的學(xué)歷證書或職稱證書。

（三）符合專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的技術(shù)裝備的所有權(quán)材料。

（四）符合通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的材料。

（五）申請甲級測繪資質(zhì)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供符合專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的測繪業(yè)績材料。

三、對在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實施前測繪單位已有的用于申請測繪資質(zhì)的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員，在不離開本單位的前提下，實行“老人老辦法”，原有專業(yè)和職稱等級繼續(xù)有效。沒有測繪專業(yè)高級職稱的注冊測繪師可以計入中級測繪專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。

申請甲級測繪資質(zhì)需要哪些條件

一、基本條件

合法合規(guī)的公司主體，對于公司名稱原則上無特殊限制，對于公司類型是有限責(zé)任公司，股份公司，全民所有制，合伙企業(yè)等。對申報測繪資質(zhì)的公司主體的出資形式有明確界定，目前只能是內(nèi)資公司。

對于申報主體辦公場所面積的要求：甲級測繪資質(zhì)辦公場所不少于600平米，其中檔案室不少于50平米；乙級測繪資質(zhì)辦公場所不少于150平米，其中檔案室不少于20平米；丙級資質(zhì)不少于50平米，其中檔案室不少于10平米；丁級資質(zhì)不少于20平米。

要求檔案室必須具備三鐵一器及六防也就是防強光、防火、防潮、防有害氣體、防蟲、防盜，且檔案室中不能連接外網(wǎng)，對于存儲信息數(shù)據(jù)的電腦應(yīng)該做物理隔離；另外就是要將測繪成果管理制度進行上墻且做好后期成果調(diào)閱登記處理。

對于技術(shù)人員的要求：注冊測繪師，高級工程師，中級工程師，初級工程師。以上人員的證件都需通過正規(guī)的評審部門頒發(fā)方可有效。

并且所有技術(shù)人員需需要滿足：畢業(yè)證可以網(wǎng)查且學(xué)歷真實有效；初級職稱需大專畢業(yè)2或3年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿1年以上；中級職稱需滿足大專畢業(yè)7年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿5年以上；高級職稱需滿足大專畢業(yè)滿15年以上，本科畢業(yè)滿10年以上。

二、辦理流程到底

流程大概是：單位申請-市經(jīng)辦人初審-市級局長轉(zhuǎn)報-經(jīng)辦人待受理-經(jīng)辦人受理-省經(jīng)辦人審查-省級處長審核-省經(jīng)辦人發(fā)證。

值得注意的是每個省份的資質(zhì)審核周期不盡相同，整體來說一般是3個月左右能夠下證。

甲級資質(zhì)需要經(jīng)過三個不同級別的自然資源部門進行審批，最終要到自然資源部；

乙級資質(zhì)一般是由市自然資源局和省自然資源廳來審批；

丙丁級資質(zhì)一般是直接由市自然資源局審核，然后轉(zhuǎn)報至省自然資源廳進行簽批發(fā)證即可。
